There are some possible reasons LED indicator on red:

If the main mesh point LED is red (or all points are red): 

  • You selected wrong connection type. (Click here to find out correct connection type)
  • If you are using PPPOE, you may dialed your Internet with wrong username/ password
  • Your ISP service or modem is down
  • Your Internet service is suspended by your ISP

If one of the additional points / dots is red:

  • Connection with the main point is lost, try to plug to power again / restore factory settings and add again. / Add in the app by scanning the QR code.
